Daniela Aponte

Daniela's greatest joy in life was her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was always willing to help anyone in their time of need and found happiness in caring for others. She especially loved cooking and watching her family enjoy the Puerto Rican dishes she prepared with so much love. She provided warmth and togetherness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Regino Aponte and Teresa Hernandez; husband’s Francisco Villanueva and Mariano Cruz; sisters, Ana, Socorro, Pura, and Maria; and her brothers, Agnelio, Cesar, Francisco, and Ramon.

Daniela is survived by her son, Hector Cruz; daughter, Leticia Miller; son in law, Davis Miller Jr; sister, Ada Rivera; grandchildren, Jonathan, Rachel, Tiffany, Brooke, Ashley, and Davis III; and her great grandchildren, KaLeigh, Aleaha, Oliver, and Rami.

She loved and cared deeply for her family. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.

May she rest in eternal peace.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Porter Loring Mortuary North, 2102 North Loop 1604 East. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
