Darlene Payne, age 78, of San Antonio, died Thursday, August 15, 2013.
She loved her family and supported her sons. Darlene loved watching the Spurs, College and NFL Football. She was former secretary and treasurer of the Columbia Football League of San Antonio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Payne, Jr.
She is survived by her sons, Mitchell Payne, Roger Payne and wife Victoria, and Douglas Payne and wife JoLynn; grandchildren, Jeremy Payne and wife Elizabeth, Amanda Espinosa and husband, Abraham, and Savannah Payne; brothers, Jimmy Wyatt, Lester Wyatt and Lee Wyatt; sisters, Nancy Hinson, Dottie Williams and Betty Behan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Porter Loring on McCullough.
