Darlene May Cunningham Wallis, age 77, passed away April 2, 2010. She was born in Spokane, WA on November 2, 1932. Her interests were real estate, and providing assistance to those in need. She loved going to Jims, Earl Abels, and IHOP to have coffee with friends and family. Her hobbies included bowling, bingo, bridge, card games, and dominoes.
Darlene is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, Lt. Col. Cecil L. Wallis, U.S. Army Retired; sons: Vernon, Cecil Jr., and Larry; sisters: Lillie and Edie; and numerous nieces, nephews and grand children.
The Memorial Service will be 9:00 a.m., Thursday, April 8, 2010. Burial will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
