He is survived by his wife Rose, daughters Deanna and Reilli, his grandson/sidekick- Matthew, his mother Laura, sisters Jennifer and Melissa, numerous nieces and nephews along with several brothers and sisters in law.
Darren joined the US Army in 1985 and he never looked back. He proudly served for 22 years and he continued to be all that he could be, even after retirement. He was a true lover of life. He loved having conversations with anyone and everyone, whether he just met you or already had a relationship with you. He enjoyed being outdoors, bird watching, having any type of gatherings, BBQing with this smoker, and always experimenting with dinner recipes.
His family was truly his number one priority, and loved them beyond words. He was always there for them in good times and in bad, especially when they needed late night runs for Coke, chips or ice cream.
There are no words to describe how much he will be missed.
