He was born on November 12, 2008 in Highland Park, IL and recently moved to San Antonio from Gurnee, IL.
Darren loved expressing his creativity with his Legos and listening to classical music. He was also a very curious and brave boy who was always social and friendly with the adults in his life.
Darren was an active child who was always exploring and was happy just to be playing. Darren attended the Sunshine Cottage School and was part of the Mothers Day Out Program and Stone Oak Presbyterian Church.
His favorite foods were yogurt, cheese, milk and beef.
Darren is survived by his parents, Tao and Charlotte You.
There is a reception scheduled following the service at the Sunshine Cottage School, 603 E. Hildebrand, San Antonio, Texas, 78212.
