Dear Birdie and Jeff -
It comes with a heavy heart to send my condolences to your family. Having to have spent so many years growing up at James E Anderson was some of the best memories I can remember. I am honored to have known you Sarge, and will miss you dearly. I feel blessed to have shared my life with your family, and also growing up with your son Jeff. My only regret is that my wife and kids never got a chance to meet you, but I know we will see eachother very soon, in the Glory Land. Till then, rest in peace Sarge. We love you.

sarge,i always thought you were one of the finest mem i ever had the prvilage to know. everytime i get a headache i attribute it to all those 'forearm shivers' you gave me when we practiced football playing for the sapd phanthers. save me a spot on the big team in heaven because i want to play linebacker right behind you. that way i know i won't have to make to many tackles. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. you will never be forgotten.
