'I first met David and Judy while stationed on Guam in 1989 as a young Captain. I quickly found that David was a very courageous, respectful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable man who loved life, spoke freely and positively about everyone, and everything! As my NCOIC he was invaluable to me and the rest of our staff. He always had a smile on his face, a laugh to share, with a work ethic that was surpassed by no one. I consider Dave a friend and I know someday we will met again in heaven...He was a wonderful person who left us all too soon.....Judy, we send our love to you and all the family and wish we could be there to pay our respects in person.
