David J. Cowell, age 63, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2004 in San Antonio, TX. He was born April 14, 1941 in Kansas City, KS. David is survived by his son, Jeff Cowell and wife, Tammy; daughter, Amber Penrose; and granddaughter, Brittany Cowell. Private services were held.
