

David was a proud San Antonio native who lived his life with passion, strength, and a deep love for his family. He had a true appreciation for the outdoors and could often be found fishing or enjoying time outside. Music was a big part of his life—he was a talented drummer who found joy and peace behind his drum set. David was also an avid sports fan who loved watching basketball and football, riding his bicycle, and spending time enjoying his favorite movies.
David is reunited in Heaven with his parents, Rodolfo G. De Leon and Olga O. De Leon; and his brother, Roland O. De Leon.
David's memory will forever live in the hearts of his sister, Debra De Leon; his son, David O. De Leon II and his grandson; David Angel De Leon, he is survived by his daughters; Monica, Melissa, and Mandy Gonzalez; as well as several aunts, 1 uncle, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
David’s legacy of love, laughter, and music to family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on March 3, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237.
A Chapel Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the same location. Following the service, a procession will depart from the funeral home to San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237, for Burial.
