David Niera Garza Jr., born on October 26, 1949 in San Antonio,TX was called to be with our Lord on October 21, 2015 at the age of 65. He served in the U. S. Army for 8 years during the Vietnam Campaign. He was employed at SAMC for 35 years. He is preceded in death by his mother and 2 sisters. He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Ann Garza; his daughter and 2 sons; 1 brother and 3 sisters. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. for a 9:30 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Von Ormy, TX. Interment will follow in Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
