David, Thank you for all that you have taught me. Although Your physical presence will be missed, your spirit will forever be in my heart.

i'll miss you very much and sorry that i was not able to make it today, but i'll always be thinking of you and thinking of all the memories we had.

Dave always brought laughter and joy to our lives over the last 2 years that we have knew him. Dave spent Tuesday night at my home for several hours laughing, eating Subway and watching the Spurs game. We talked about his mom and sister in Malibu and his adventures in New York. He was in good spirits as usual. Dave had a good soul and giving spirit. He let a mutual friend of ours in need stay at his apartment Tuesday night during the inclimate weather and even volunteered to take him to a health facility on Wednesday morning. They came by Wednesday morning and we talked and laughed again. I am so proud and happy to known David. He could always bring cheer to any room he was in. Dave knicknamed me his "Black Brotha." I will miss him dearly. My love and prayers go out to his mother, father, sister and family. David was a good man. Your friends will miss you Dave and we will always remember you!! Especially me.
