Born on December 23, 1947, in Midland, TX, he was the beloved child of Armel and Ralph Parr. David married Andrea Alicia Parr in 2001, and together they shared a life filled with love, devotion, and mutual care.
David was a respected Army Major, Army helicopter pilot, and dedicated law-enforcement professional. During his distinguished career, he served with U.S. Customs, where he was known for his extensive knowledge of the law, exceptional skill in defensive tactics, and high level of proficiency with firearms. In his free time, he devoted himself to practicing marksmanship and volunteering at local police stations, consistently seeking opportunities to support and strengthen the community he served.
