

Deborah “Debbie” Brittain was born on July 6, 1963, in Fairbanks, Alaska to Donald Glen Brittain and Herminia Riojas, Debbie entered into eternal rest on January 5, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, and strength that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
Debbie was married to the love of her life, Texie Jean Bridger, with whom she shared 33 wonderful years together. They married on October 31, 2019. Their bond was one of deep love, partnership, and unwavering support.
Debbie had a passion for music, especially listening to it, and was a devoted San Antonio Spurs fan. Above all else, she cherished her family. She found her greatest joy in supporting and spending time with her grandchildren and loved ones, always putting family first.
She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Glen Brittain; her brothers, Dwayne Anthony Brittain and David Carlton Brittain; and her grandparents; Celsa "Nana" and Joe “Tata” P. Riojas, Mable and Alden Ivan Brittain.
Debbie is survived by her beloved spouse, Texie Jean Bridger; her mother, Herminia “Minnie” Brittain; her sister, Diana Brittain; her children, Jason Michael Valdez (Rousana “Rosie” Cabello Valdez) and Bonnie Jean Bridger; and her cherished grandchildren, Jeremy Isaiah Lopez, Lilyana Lopez, and Julian "Jude" Alejandro Valdez, and her niece, Mimi Lozano.
Debbie’s warmth, love, and dedication to her family will never be forgotten. Her memory will live on through the many lives she touched and the love she shared so freely.
