Debbie was born on June 23, 1960 in San Antonio to the late Ben L. and Roberta A. Moseley. Debbie's first priority was to family. She valued the time she spent with her husband and daughters and was the pillar of support in their lives. Because of her strength and faith she was able to prepare her family and friends for her passing and to see it not as a loss but a celebration of her life and an example to follow.
She was a lifelong church member, most recently a member of Riverside Community Church in Spring Branch. Debbie became a Stephen Minister, while at this congregation.
Even in illness, Debbie provided comfort, support, and assistance to those in need. She will be remembered for her generosity, humor, and caring spirit. She has touched the lives of everyone who knew her and will always remain forever in our hearts.
Debbie is survived by her loving family, husband of over 26 years, Tim L. Ashmore; daughters, Heather N. Ashmore and April M. Ashmore; sister, Cherie Klein and husband Steve; brothers, Ben L. Moseley, III, Col. William L. Moseley and wife Vicki, and Bruce W. Moseley; nieces, Misty Klein, Melissa Moseley, Chelsie Moseley, Ashlie Moseley, Kendall Moseley, and Cassandra Moseley; nephews, Joshua Klein, Jason Moseley, and Colton Moseley.
In celebration of her life colorful and casual dress is acceptable at the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be sent to Sunshine Cottage School for Deaf Children at www.sunshinecottage.org.
