It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Diane K. Ryan, 80, of San Antonio, Texas, who died peacefully on July 29, 2025. Diane was born to Leonard and Blanche Griffin on October 25,1944, in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
She was a Speech Therapist for the Edgewood Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas, and was known for her kindness and dedication.
Diane is survived by her son, Daniel Ryan and his wife, Tara Ryan; her brother Wally Griffin and his wife Lynette Griffin, of Castle Rock, Colorado; and her brother, Jerry Griffin of Grand Forks, North Dakota. A memorial service will be held in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Diane is preceded in death by her son, Mark Ryan.
Memorials may be given to Sunset Northwest Funeral Home in San Antonio, Texas.
