She was born on April 18, 1930 in Beckley, West Virginia. Recently of San Antonio, Texas, she formerly resided in Fairfax, Virginia.
Dolly was preceded in death by her husband Talmadge Cecil, Jr. 2006; son Gary Pfleger 1989; siblings, Mildred, Robert, Hayden, Gladys, James, Lorraine and Barbara.
She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Koenig Steve, Elaine Patenaude Bob; son Ron Pfleger GiGi; grandchildren, Kristen Coffel Anthony, Brandon Bovey, Heather Dos Santos Deny, Ryan Pfleger; great-grandchildren, Owen and Cliff Dos Santos; brother John Lemon; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Interment will take place in Stonewall Memorial Gardens in Manassas, Virginia at a later date.
