My deepest sympathy for the Watts family. Love Robert Tamez and family.

I should have written this days ago,but I couldn't find the exact words to describe my wonderful grandmother. I realize that there are no words to describe what a wonderful women she was. My grandmother is my heart and now there is an emptiness that can never be filled. My grandmother loved me like no one ever has ever loved me. She loved me unconditionally. It's hard to cry when I think of all the joy she brought into my life and I am so lucky that I had her in my life and that my children got to have her in her in there life. She had this way to make everyone of us feel special. And I will miss that. I know that she is here with me in spirit and I know that her and my grandpa are both beside me and my children guiding us everyday and standing beside us every night. Grandma,I love you and I thank you for loving me.

The Last Day I Saw You The last day I saw you, my heart collapsed, unable to bear the pain. For a minute, I wanted to turn away and leave your room; the thought of seeing such a beautiful woman suffer became too much to handle. I thought to myself, how could God let anyone so jovial, kind, and vivid, endure such an illness? 
 It was then when I noticed the picture placed above your bed. I saw you with your bright smile, clothed in a flamboyant dress with a sash running across, displaying your honor as the nutrition queen of your parish. I realized then, that throughout your entire life, you lived as richly as a queen. Aside from your beautiful family and other accomplishments, you were always there for others, especially those in my family. When you shared your stories with us, we all experienced laughter, and knew in our hearts that you never took life for granted. 
 I know that you are with God now, watching over all of us. Although it is hard to accept that you are gone, I cry tears of joy knowing what a beautiful life you lived. The last day I saw you, I knew that in my heart, you will always be royalty. I will never forget you.

Terry, Sammy, Mary, Joe, Annie, Bobby and all my cousins I love you all very much and am so sorry that your Mom my aunt has left this world. When a dear one passes on, you want the whole world to stop and to feel your loss. Even if the whole world isn't stopping, you need to know that my world is empty without her and will not be the same. I'm a thousand miles away and am not able to be with you but please know that my thoughts, prayers and love-filled memories are with each of you. Tia Lola was my favorite aunt. When I was growing up, the Watts' family visit was one that I always looked forward to. I was lucky enough to be able to thank Tia Lola for all her love and to tell her that she was my favorite a week ago this past Tuesday. When I think of my grandma, there are so many things that cross my mind. I think of her beautiful smile and amazing energy. I always used to tell my friends how full of life she was. I never could of imagined that I would be sitting here today saying good-bye. But as grandma would say, " this is all a part of god's plan". Grandma, I will always remember your late night stories and prayers at night. 
I will always remember never being able to say AMEN until we blessed the whole family. 
I will always remember waking up to the smell of breakfast and never knowing how you snuck past me in bed without waking me up. 
I will always remember our days shopping at the mall while grandpa sat quietly reading the paper. 
I will always remember our Luby's lunches. To this day I still eat the same Luan Platter with fish and catsup. 
I will alway remember leaving your house with my family and counting to 3, followed by all of us screaming," bye grandma and grandpa". 
I will always remember how every holiday or special occassion we would always see your smiling face with arms wide open. You really knew how to make someone feel special as if they where your whole universe. You always made room in your life for your whole family. 
I will alway remember how I could tell you anything. 
I will always remember the smell of your presence, the color or your freshly styled hair, the light when you walked in the room, and so much more. I miss you already grandma but you still make me smile. Give grandpa a kiss on the cheek for me. Love,

Tia Lola was a gift from God. She was beautiful, loving, caring and giving.

That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through, 
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you." It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.

There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man. God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.

It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too... 
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you. If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain, 
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain." 
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile, 
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile. So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low, 
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
