Domingo was a dedicated employee for the City of San Antonio Maintenance Department and volunteered his time at the Baptist Medical Center for 14 years.
He was an avid musician and was extremely talented with the accordion. Domingo also served in the US Army during the Korean War.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Alvesa Berlanga; his brothers: Gene and Albert Berlanga; and sister: Petrita Berlanga.
He is survived by his beloved wife of forty-nine years, Anita Rossett Berlanga; daughters: Lucy Mae Berlanga and Mary Grace Berlanga Cantu and husband, Gerald; grandchildren: AnaLisa Berlanga Cantu, Michael Aaron Berlanga Cantu and Kayla Zhen Berlanga; siblings: Victoria Barrera, Annie Berlanga Guerrero, Maria Berlanga Sotelo, Serapio Berlanga and wife, Adela; Emmanuel H. Berlanga, Pedro Mike H. Berlanga and wife Eva; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 23, 2009 from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m.at Porter Loring on McCullough with a Rosary in the Chapel at 7:00 P.M.
