Don Randall Barber

At age 4, Don moved to Floydada, Texas where his parents were school teachers. Don graduated from Texas Tech in 1961. He played football for the Red Raiders and was a member of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. Don was with IBM for twenty-five years.

He is survived by Ann J. Barber, his wife of 49 years. He is also survived by his children, Ann Blake Barber, Don Randall Barber and his wife, Bernadette, and Kathryn Barber Eckel and husband Steve. He is survived by two grandchildren, Miller Susan Eckel, Henry James Eckel.

Don loved hunting and fishing with his friends and family. He was also an amazing cook. He found so much joy in entertaining his family and friends with delicious meals and hilarious stories. Most importantly, he was an incredible husband, father, grandfather and friend.
