Don L. Martin, age 83, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2011 at home with his family in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on August 8, 1928 in Aitkin, Minnesota to Charles & Ella Mae Martin. Don was the last surviving younger brother of 3 older brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include his loving wife of 49 ½ years, Cynthia R. Martin; 4 sons, Mike, Mark, Chris and John; 3 daughters, Marsha, Miquel and Jennifer; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Special love and appreciation to his daughters-in-law, Nelda Martin and his special angel, Debbie Martin, for their love and care. The family will celebrate a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 3575 Sage Meadow, S.A., TX 78222 with his son-in-law, Reverend Timothy Vanover officiating.
