Donna Gayle Martin

Donna was a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in speech therapy. Her interests were Bible Study and volunteer work with the San Antonio Junior Forum. She had been a resident of San Antonio since 1973, was past president of the San Antonio Dental Society Alliance and member of Concordia Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother Darrell DeRusha.

Donna is survived by her husband of 48 years; Dr. Jack Martin; daughter Paige Martin Rice and husband Scott of Dallas, Texas; grandson, Logan Rice; several nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Michele Martin.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m., Friday, September 7, 2012, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
