Doris V. Miller of San Antonio, TX, passed away on Friday, July 28 after a short illness. She was born February 27, 1921 in Kushequa, PA. and was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Miller and her parents, Reginald Willis Hover and Viola Cole Hover. Doris retired from civil service, department of HUD in 1988 and was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and especially enjoyed working for the Dorcas Society, helping those in need. A favorite Christian soloist singer in the community, she always ended each song by saying "Jesus loves you and so do I". She is survived by her brother, Dr. Joseph W. Hover and his wife Vera Jean Hover of Norwich , New York; 3 nieces, Kathleen Crager of Wayneboro PA, Patricia Collier of Norwich, NY, and Cindra Roach of Greene, New York; 6 great nieces and nephews; and 5 great great nieces and nephews.
