Retired from USAA, Nita enjoyed a lifetime love of reading and poetry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Casey Medlock, who passed away June 28, 1989.
Nita is survived by her sons, Benjamin Casey Medlock, Jr. and wife Barbara of Bulverde, TX and John Thomas " Tom" Medlock of San Antonio, TX; daughters, Mary Etta Ness and husband Coburn of Sugar Hill, GA; Margaret Rose Noe of Chama, NM.; grandchildren Jennifer Vela, Brandon Matheson, Justin Medlock, Marissa Garver, Christine Medlock, Whitney Ness, Janine Noe, and Brian Noe; and seven great-grandchildren, Max, Sam, Xander, Shelby, Amelia, Kristine, and Vincent.
