February 23, 2002 – June 2, 2023
Obituary of Duncan Paul Brown
IN THE CARE OF

Sunset Northwest Funeral Home

Duncan Paul Brown, age 21, passed away on June 2,2023. Duncan attended Texas A & M University at College Station for 2 years, studying at the School of Architecture. At the time of his death, he was attending UTSA as a Biology major with a Minor in Chemistry. Duncan graduated from H.M. King High School in 2020, number 5 in his class. He was in band for all 4 years in high school and played the clarinet. He received 3 scholarships for his college education. In his youth, he was in track and gymnastics. Duncan worked at Walgreens as a pharmacy technician and eagerly learned his jobs and said, "it was always an adventure."

Duncan had 2 true loves: his cat Domino, (a.k.a. Fatty), and creating video game stories. Duncan created different worlds of adventure and fun. It is his family's true wish that he and Fatty are together on all of the adventures that Duncan created. Duncan hobbies are related to his love for designing video games. He was a gamer and loved to play video games. His other passion was researching memes.

Duncan loved animals and was nicknamed "The Animal Whisperer" by his family. Dogs and cats alike would always flock to him when he was in the room. Duncan was a great playmate to all children to adults of all ages. Duncan had a smart wit about him. Duncan could hold his own when talking about politics and history. Duncan had an amazing capacity to hold various information and facts in his head. Duncan was a great friend and was always there for those in need. Duncan was so giving and generous. He was someone you could count on and had a winning smile that brought ease to everyone.

Duncan was a hard worker. Whether it was school or work, he gave you his best and would always leave a memorable impression. Duncan leaves behind his twin brother, Daniel. The twins spoke twin language and never ever stopped. They could finish each other thoughts and sentences without speaking. It drove their parents mad... Lol. The boys understood each other in away that made the rest of the world outsiders.

However, others were always welcome into Danny and Duncan's world.

His loving parents, twin brother Danny and girlfriend, Jackie, sister, Lily, step-siblings, Kimberly and Jesse, Christina and Gil, Joshua and Ebony, and Kylie feel it was an honor to know Duncan during his lifetime and will miss him every day.
