Earl D. Ballard, age 54, passed away December 8, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on May 25, 1957 in Danville, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his mother, Judith Buchanan Cox. Earl is survived by his wife Charlene Ballard; son, Blake Christopher Ballard; father, Carl Ballard; sisters, Diana Kirkpatrick and Pamela Roberts. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Rd on Sunday, December 11, 2011 beginning at 12:30 P.M. with a service at 2:00 P.M. officiated by Rev. Austin Frederick and Rev. Carl Ballard. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Blake’s Trust Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home.
