Eddie Mack Coleman, January 26th, 1946 - March 27th, 2026, passed away peacefully surrounded by love. Born in Cairo, Georgia, to Lester and Margeret Coleman, Mack was known for his humor, generosity, and dedication to his family, friends and to the Lord Jesus Christ.
As a young man, Mack volunteered to serve in the United States Army and was later deployed to fight in the Vietnam War. Afterwards he attended the University of New Orleans where he met his wife of 55 years, Linda. Together they moved to San Antonio where Mack began his career in surgical equipment sales. He was an avid sports fan, hunter, and beloved father of three.
He is survived by his wife Linda; children, Cardin, Blake and Clayton; and grandchildren, Emmett, Reese and Callie.
A Graveside service will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 9:45 a.m., at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life will follow from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The Cottages at Danny Kaye.
