Edna Olivia Womack

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Dallas Womack, her daughter, Patricia Ann Womack and her son, John Womack, her parents Almon and Librada Billings, her brothers, Ruble (Mary) Billings, Almon(Joyce)Billings, Eddie(Mary)Billings, Alvin(Catherine)Billings, and one sister Lou(Joe) Salazar.

She is survived by her son, James Dallas Womack Jr., (Catalina) and her grandson, James Dallas Womack III and her granddaughter, Christina Marie Womack Rodriguez (Rafael), and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a graduate of Fox Tech High School and worked at Kelly Air Force Base during World War II. She met her husband when he was stationed at Kelly. After their wedding, she spent her life accompanying him on his many tours of duty and raising her children. As a widow she enjoyed going to the Commander’s House and helping as a volunteer. She lived a long life and will be greatly missed.

The Womack Family wishes to thank the Brookdale Castle Senior Living Solutions Staff for their many years of care and assistance and the Blue Skies Staff who cared for her in her final days.

Visitation will be 2 p.m., Monday, February 12, 2018 followed by a 3 p.m., Funeral Service at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. A Private Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Condolences may be offered at www.sunsetfuneralhomesa.com.
