Edward Lance Scott, loving husband of 31 years and father, age 57, of San Antonio, died Thursday, October 4, 2001. He was a member of Lackland Terrace Church of Christ and served as usher. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Scott. Survivors: daughter, Stephanie Scott and husband, Doug, Austin, TX; son, Derrick Scott, San Antonio, TX; sisters, Jeanne Ricard, Memphis, TN, Jean Heno, Seibra West, both of Beaumont, TX, Aminah Alnaziat, New Orleans, LA, Michael Scott, Beaumont, TX, Larry Scott, New Orleans, LA; a special devoted nephew, Davis L. Scott, New Orleans, LA; numerous other nieces and nephews.
