Edward Slawski, age 60, of San Antonio, died Friday, March 29, 2002. He graduated from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland and attended the University of Chicago Graduate School. He had worked at Oakland University in Michigan as a professor, then spent 15 years with the Pontiac School System. He also worked for CTB in Monterey, California before coming to San Antonio, TX in 1993, where he was employed with the Psychological Corporation. Edward loved reading and his family, he enjoyed hearing about their adventures, and he was also an avid golfer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Marie Slawski. Survivors include his wife, Sue Slawski; two stepdaughters, Wendy Welch and her husband Steve, and Heidi Evans and her husband Bob; granddaughter, Sarah Welch; stepmother, Dorothea Slawski; several aunts and uncles.
