Edwin M. Bubba Klar, Jr., of San Antonio, TX, went to be with his Lord surrounded by his family, on Monday, August 5, 2002, after a courageous five year battle with cancer. He was a loving and devoted husband, caring father, and grandfather. He attended St. Anthony's Elementary, Central Catholic High School and graduated from St. Mary's University. He was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army and then became a real estate developer in San Antonio. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 44 years, Joyce; sons, David Klar and Stephen Klar; daughters, Linda Wooster and husband, Kevin, Susan Brown and her husband, Phillip; grandchildren, Klara and Kristen Wooster, Joseph, Luke and Zachary Brown; sisters, Barbara Pfeiffer and Lorraine Tschirhart, all of San Antonio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
