Effa Natalia Flores, age 87, born in Ben Bolt, Texas to Theodora and Andres Perez Sr., was called home to be with the Lord, on January 17, 2015. She was a beautiful wife and wonderful mother and will be greatly missed by many. Effa is survived by her loving husband Benito P. Flores, daughters; Mary Esther Smith, Melva Garcia (Sam), Ramona Flores, Dolores Ybarra (James Sr.), Angelita Lara (Jesus), Erma Ann Flores, Sylvia Flores, sister Theodora Rivera, grandchildren; Michelle Reeves, Stephanie Villanueva, Philip Rene Vargas, Naomi “Sugar” Guerra, James Ybarra Jr., Joseph Vargas, Jason Vargas, Arlene Ybarra, Christopher Lara, Veronica Garcia and 14 great grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. A procession will depart the funeral home on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Von Ormy, Texas with Interment to follow at First Memorial Burial Park.
