Efraim Joffe, age 81, of San Antonio, died Saturday, February 2, 2002. He was owner and operator of the Joffe Construction Company. Mr. Joffe was a member and Past President of the Hebrew Free Loan and B'nai B'rith Associations. He was preceded in death by his sister, Helen Shwartz.
