Elda B. Maldonado

Elda B. Maldonado was born on August 12, 1936, in Zapata, Texas and was the daughter of Jose Ma. Benavides and Maria Gonzalez Benavides. She was married for 47 years to her late husband Conrado Adan Maldonado on June 14, 1952 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Zapata. Together they raised five children: Sonia (Joseph) Orr, Mario (Carmen) Maldonado, Suzanna Feliciano, Selma (Joe) Rodriguez, Miguel Maldonado. She shared her Love and many Joyous years with eleven wonderful grandchildren: Mario, Jr. (Lindsey), Melinda, Mikey (Melissa), Santiago III, Ashley, Julio, Nicholas, Shannon, Patrick, Alexandra, Daniel and four Great grandchildren: Madeline, Lillian, Charlie Gabriella and Oliver. Elda joined her Husband, her sister Minerva and her parents in eternal life on Monday March 25, 2014. She leaves behind her beloved sisters: Delia Bustamante and Viola (Joe) Espinosa and her brothers: Jose Roel Benavides and Jose Ma.(Elva) Benavides, Jr. and many wonderful relatives.
