Eleanor L. Best nee Starkey, a victim of Alzheimers disease, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2011 while in residence at Freedom House, Air Force Village II, in San Antonio, Texas. She was 86 years young.
Because there were no children, Ellie with husband Richard, travelled extensively throughout Europe to include Russia, Spain, Italy, etc.
She was a graduate of Stockton High School, June 1944.
