Eleanor Perez, age 64, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2007. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church and several Catholic organizations. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Elaine Perez and granddaughter, Angelita Carrasco.
Eleanor is survived by her husband, Sadrach Perez of San Antonio; daughters: Janie Valenzuela and husband, Martin; Cynthia A. Mata and husband, Jose Luis; Yolanda Sierra and husband, Indalesio, Jr.; Yvette Carrasco and husband, Antonio; and Pearl M. Perez, all of Channelview, TX; 17 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, five sisters and one brother.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, July 5th from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Friday, July 6th from 12:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Porter Loring on McCullough.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association, 8610 N. New Braunfels, Suite 400, San Antonio, TX 78217.
