Eleanor was born in Junction City, Kansas to Andrew and Julia Gorman on September 2, 1925. She married James Walter Utz on July 8, 1945 in San Angelo, Texas.
Eleanor is preceded in death by Husband James Walter Utz, Parents Andrew and Julia Gorman, Brothers Andrew Gorman and Charles Gorman, Sister Theresa Powell and Marion Schilling.
Eleanor is survived by Daughter Judith Ann Jamison, son-in-law Larry David Jamison Jr., Daughter Jamie Lee March, son-in-law Samuel Parker March.
A visitation will be held at 11am on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at Sunset Memorial Park and Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 11:30am with the Chaplin Brentney Menger officiating.
Burial will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to charities benefiting children and veterans.
The daughter of Eleanor wishes to extend her sincere thanks to those who ministered and cared for her over the past year.
