Elena L Cook went to be with the Lord, January 23, 2013 at the age of 88. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Benino H Cook, Sr. Mrs. Cook is survived by her children Debra Navaira (Louis), Benino L. Cook Jr. and Arlene Flores, Mary Ann Alvarez (Felix); sister Elisa Flores; brothers Richard Limon, Lorenzo Limon, Celestino “Tino” Limon; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. The family would like to give special thanks to Mrs. Cook's care givers Leonore Longoria and Lydia Vidal for all of their care and support. A visitation will begin, Sunday, January 27, 2013, 1:00 pm at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a prayer service to be held at 7:00 pm that same evening. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel, Monday, January 28, 2013 at 10:00 am with a funeral procession to follow for interment at First Memorial Burial Park.
