Eleuterio "Mike" Flores Ramos

Eleuterio F. Ramos, also known as Mike, born January 26, 1958, passed away on December 28, 2025, leaving behind a lifetime of stories, laughter, and love. He was married to the love of his life, Gloria Jean Ramos, for 41 beautiful years—a partnership rooted in devotion, resilience, and family.

Eleuterio is survived by his mother Carmen F. Ramos; sons, Eleuterio Ramos Jr., Benjamin Ramos, Jacob Ramos, and Mike Eugene Ramos; and his daughters, Linda Salazar, Rosalinda Morris, Veronica Martinez, Melissa Ramos, and Gloria Jean Ramos. He was a proud grandfather to 20 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild, each of whom brought him immense joy.

He is also survived by his siblings Loretta Ramirez, Michael Ramos, Ruben Ramos, Diana R. Trevino, and Carmen Acon, along with aunts, numerous cousins, in-laws, and the many good friends he made along the way.

He was preceded in death by his father, Margarito “Mike” Ramos; his sister, Maria Pretter; his brother, Ricardo Ramos; and his son-in-law, Derrick Morris.

Eleuterio was known for his larger-than-life personality. He loved playing pool at Sepio’s and Time Out, cheering on the Cowboys and the Spurs, and making people laugh with his jokes and unforgettable impersonations. Talking was one of his greatest joys especially when it came to telling stories. He proudly bragged about his cooking skills, his fishing talent, and his athletic days at Holmes High School, where he claimed no one could catch him on the track field and believed he could have gone pro in the NFL, with his proof being all his trophies left behind at Holmes and Ross, had it not been for his arthritis. But it never took away his confidence, humor, or spirit.

While we mourn his passing, we celebrate a life filled with laughter, pride, and unforgettable memories that will remain with us always.

A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home on January 11, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 11:59 PM with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM. A Chapel Service is scheduled at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home on January 12, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
