Elida R. Delgado born on June 14, 1932 went with the Lord peacefully on July 30, 2012 at the age of 80. She is preceded in death by her husband, Damacio Delgado. She is survived by her children, Gene Delgado, Dolores Tapia, Irene Casiano (Ramiro),Jo Ann Hernandez (David), Ben Delgado (Gloria), and Rose Jamison (Robert); 14 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, sisters, Dolores Vasquez, Rose Caballero and Diana Belmarez; brothers, Jesse Rodriguez and Ben Rodriguez Jr. Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. followed by a 7:00 PM Vigil Service. A procession will depart from the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Monday August 6, 2012 for a 10 AM Mass at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No.2.
