Elida Avila Flores born on January 11, 1946 in San Antonio, TX went to be with the Lord on October 31, 2012 at the age of 66 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Flores; son, Joseph Anthony Flores and grandson, Mark David Juarez. She is survived by her children, Cynthia Flores, Rosemary Martinez (Albert) and Toby Flores (Michelle); grandchildren, Joe Alex Flores, Stephanie Flores, Dominic Juarez, Hilary Martinez, Albert Martinez IV, Lysette Cantu, Briana Flores, Sophia Flores, and Matthew Flores; also 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will begin at Trevino Funeral home, 226 Cupples Rd. from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday November 5, 2012 followed by a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A procession will depart from the funeral home at 9:00a.m. for a 9:30a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church on 4603 St. Johns Way. Services will conclude at the church.
