It is with profound sadness that I announce the passing of Elizabeth Villagran Domowski, the love of my life and my beloved wife, who died on May 20, 2026, at the age of 76. She was born on June 21, 1949, in San Antonio, Texas.
Liz, a.k.a. Bella, had three great treasures in her life. the first treasure was being a loving and caring daughter; her second treasure was being a part of her husband's Diaconate ministry in the Catholic Church; her third and perhaps greatest treasure was her marriage to her beloved husband, Deacon Edward Domowski.
Bella's life is defined as a loving person with a very caring heart. While she and her husband had no children, their lives were occupied with taking great care of their nieces and nephews and their children, who they loved greatly.
She shared in her husband's Diaconate Ministry by assisting at Funeral Vigils and Rosaries, visiting the sick, teaching marriage and baptism classes as well as other carious pastoral activities.
Bella is preceded in death by her parents, Luis and Dolores Villagran and her parents-in-law, William and Dolores Domowski, her sister, Marina Villagran, and her brothers-in-law; Carlos Torres, and Dale Hancock.
There will be a Visitation held on June 09, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 09:00 pm, with the Rosary beginning at 7:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237.
We ask all family and friends to meet us at St. Josephs' Catholic Church, 535 New Laredo Hwy., San Antonio, TX 78211 for a 09:30 Mass, after Mass we will be going in Procession to Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209 for a 11:30 am Committal.
