Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Charles (Charlie) Hoffman. Mother, Mary Jane Jones, her son, Quentin, daughter-in-law, Schannon, and grandson, Theo. She is also survived by her sister, Jamie Walker and brother, George Jones. Nieces Harlie Walker and Chloe Ortiz, and nephews, Cash and Outlaw Walker, along with her longtime friend, Deborah Reynolds. She is also survived by her aunt, Annie O’Connor and her uncle, David Moore.Elizabeth had a heart for animals, especially for Sister Doctor Hoffman, her constant companion. They enjoyed many miles of long walks and deep conversations.
