Elizabeth R. Tootsie Webster, born August 10, 1927 in Hearne, Texas, died Thursday, August 30, 2007 after a brief illness at the age of 80 years. She was the daughter of Joseph L. Reid and Rubie Cranford Reid of Baytown, Texas.
She graduated from the University of Texas in Austin and was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority. Tootsie was a charter member of Northwood Presbyterian Church in San Antonio, Texas. She enjoyed playing bridge, doing needlepoint and knitting.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph F. Webster; her son, Wayne A. Seipel; grandchildren, Beth A. DuPertuis and Jeffrey D. Seipel.
She is survived by two children, Robert R. Seipel and wife, Jean Seipel of El Paso, Texas, and Janet S. DuPertuis of Grapevine, Texas; and two grandchildren, Patrick J. Seipel and Logan J. DuPertuis. She is also survived by her sister, Catherine Green of Santa Monica, California; and brother, Joseph L. Reid, Jr. of Del Mar, California and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was loved and will be missed by all.
