She was born on September 8, 1928 in Oxmoor, AL, to Carl and Elizabeth Benefield.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harold T. McCall.
Ellen is survived by her children, Agnes Russell and husband, Royce, Harold McCall, Jr., and wife, Belinda, and Janellen Valle and husband, Rob; nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Benefield and wife, Patsy.
The family will begin receiving friends at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 22, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
