Eloise lived a full joyous life filled with family and numerous friends. She was married to Jack Anaya,
then later in life, to Joe Castro both having preceded her in death. She was a loving daughter, sister and
aunt as well as a great friend to so many people she worked with and met throughout her lifetime.
She worked at Dillard's Department store for 17 years as one of their top sales associates. She earned
the Pacesetter award which recognizes the highest achievement in sales almost every year she worked
there. She made numerous friends both from fellow employees and customers.
Although she was proud to be an independent working woman it was her family that meant everything
to her. She cared for her mother who had health issues and was blind. She was a devoted sister to her
numerous brothers and sisters and the best “Tia” to all her nieces and nephews. She will be genuinely
missed by all those whose lives she touched.
She is preceded in death by: Parents; Mr. Alfonso Canales and Mrs. Minnie Chavez Canales.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria del Angel Trevino 226 Cupples Rd on Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 5:00
p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on
Monday, April 30, 2018 at 10:30 at Funeraria del Angel Trevino Funeral Home.
