She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Morrison; and her sons, William and Timothy.
She is survived by her daughters, Robin Whitley of Spring Branch, Linda Peterson of Brentwood, CA, and Kathy Connor of Moss Landing, CA; son, Robert Morrison of Owasso, OK; brother, Gordon England of Eau Claire, WI; 8 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Elsie's name to Hope Hospice of New Braunfels, 611 N. Walnut Ave, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
