Elvera Selma Wehe

Elvera Selma Wehe died on December 30, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 90. She was born November 27, 1924 in Three Oaks, Texas to Dessie Marie and John William Traeger, Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Junius R. Wehe, her children, Elaine Joy Gaskamp and Robert Mark Wehe and his wife Susie; grandchildren: Jennifer Elaine Dyer and husband, Brent Dyer; Melissa Renee Broadway and husband, John Broadway, IV; Jeffrey Mark Wehe and wife Ingrid; Eric Erwin Gaskamp; and Heather Elizabeth McMahon and husband J. Ryan McMahon; and four great grandchildren: Alexandra Grace and John Louis Broadway V, Cooper Mark Wehe, and Sutton Jane McMahon, and sister Dorothy Marie Galle, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle and cousins. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Friday, January 2, 2015 at Sunset Memorial Park and Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, January 3, 2015, at Sunset Memorial Chapel with interment to follow at Sunset Funeral Home Mausoleum II. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church, 502 E. Nueva, San Antonio, TX 78205.
