Emilio Garza Vargas, 75, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born September 23, 1946, Monterrey Mexico to Eva and Leopoldo. Emilio graduated college with a degree in International Business at Panamerican University and had great success in Maritime for over 35 years. He was a truly devoted son and patient husband, father. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Chato; sister, Adriana; and wife, Norberta. Emilio is survived by his sister, Licha; son, Emilio Garza (Sulema); grandsons, Emilio Andres and Victor Manuel; countless nieces and nephews.
