I never had the honor of knowing Mrs. Mickler, but I was good friends with her grandson, Bobby. My deepest sympathy to the Mickler family.

I will always remember the warmth, wit and loving ways of my dear Great Aunt Emily. She was my grandmother's younger sister and I loved to hear the stories they told of their youth growing up in San Antonio and especially the story of their family's European trip that became quite exciting when WWI broke out while they were overseas. I send feelings of sympathy to all the family, but it is comforting to know that she had such a long wonderful life always surrounded by loving family. I will miss you, Aunt Emily.
