She was preceded in death by, her husband of 40 years, Harry Coulter, Jr.; son, Robert Gary Coulter; daughter, Karen Sue Campbell.
Emma is survived by her daughters, Cathryn Winfield and husband Page; Melissa Coulter; nephew, Wayne Tenney and wife Twyla; grandchildren, Amanda Coulter; Robert Coulter and wife Barby; Julia Welch and husband Allen; great grandchildren, Harry and Shelby; brother, Sam Sawyer and wife Lois.
Wayne Tenney will officiate.
